- What is the Salem Contractors Exchange?
- We are a non-profit plan center that has been serving the construction industry in Oregon and Southern Washington since 1948. We are funded by yearly dues paid by our Members and because the S.C.E. is a non-profit we provide our services with the best value in our area. We provide the plans and specs you will need to bid on commercial construction projects. We are also offer a full service copy center, ability to view all plans online, and serve as a tool to keep you informed on what jobs are available.
- Why should I join a Contractors Exchange?
- The Salem Contractors Exchange provides its members with full access to the information they need to bid on commercial projects. We inform you of future projects that will be available. We strive to give your company the tools to be more competitive so you can reach the success you desire.
- What does it cost to advertise a project?

- Send us your plans and specs via hard paper copy or send by email or CD.

- How do I check out plans over night?
- Members can come to the Exchange between 4:00 – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday and sign out a plan. Plans must be back in the Exchange by the next day at the start of business 8:00 a.m.
