The Salem Contractors Exchange (SCE) was established in 1950 for the purpose of providing a service to commercial contractors.  For 60 years the Exchange has established relationships with architects, engineers, city, county, and state offices, federal agencies, and general contractors to bring their plans into a central location.

The SCE provides plans and specs for commercial construction projects throughout the entire state of Oregon and Southern Washington.  We are a membership supported plan center governed by a Board of Directors.  Any firm creditably and practically engaged as a commercial construction contractor in any trade connected with business of building or manufacturing, or supply of building material, or any firm serving the construction industry is eligible for membership.
