The Salem Contractors Exchange (SCE) was established in 1950 for the purpose of providing a service to commercial contractors.  For nearly 60 years the Exchange has established relationships with architects, engineers, city, county, and state offices, federal agencies, and general contractors to bring their plans into a central location.

The SCE provides plans and specs for commercial construction projects throughout the entire state of Oregon and Southern Washington.  We are a membership supported plan center governed by a Board of Directors.  Any firm creditably and practically engaged as a commercial construction contractor in any trade connected with business of building or manufacturing, or supply of building material, or any firm serving the construction industry is eligible for membership.
